Mickey is a renowned music manager with an illustrious career spanning over 49 years. He has managed talented artists like The Furious 5, ICE T, and Fat Joe. Mickey's contribution to the industry is unmatched – he even played a pivotal role in signing Big Pun to a record label.

Apart from managing artists, Mickey has a strong presence in the media. He is an on-air personality with a radio show on Norfolk, Virginia's 102 Jamz HOT 97, and has also hosted a show on Sirius XM's backspin radio alongside Afrika Bambataa.

Mickey is passionate about sharing his experiences with the next generation of music professionals. He is actively seeking speaking engagements at universities and colleges, especially schools with music history programs. Mickey's goal is to inspire and educate students by sharing the good, bad, and ugly of the music industry. Michael Steven- Paul aka Mikey Jay has great respect for this icon.
